Tuesday is in the books and it was amazing! One of the coolest things were seeing are our students beginning new friendships! if you sent your son or daughter and they didn’t really know anyone and you’ve been worried that they are all alone…THEY’RE NOT! We didn’t have enough time for students to introduce the “new” friend they met and something interesting they discovered about them last night! The weather was beautiful yesterday…sunny and warm, everyone is well fed, hydrated and sun-screened! We had a great afternoon hanging on the beach, in the ocean, playing some beach volleyball, and swimming in the pool! God is moving in ways in our students lives that i can’t even begin to describe! Andy Stanley and Francis Chan’s first messages each focused entirely on the fact that God loves us! There is nothing we can do to cause him to love us more than he does or less! we can’t have a proper understanding of who God really is if we don’t fully understand this concept that we are loved…period! We had an amazing evening together as a ministry with students and leaders sharing openly and confessing things in their lives. I can’t list specifics here, but God is moving and changing lives! Amazing start…can’t wait until tomorrow!
